Your Roles and Responsibilities
- Work closely with product team and interface with software developers to understand the capabilities of our 3D optimization and material conversion software packages.
- Work with customers to understand their 3D optimization and material conversion needs and provide technical support.
- Attend bi-weekly meetings with various customers to discuss project progress and provide updates on customer issues.
- Track and manage customer issues using issue tracking software such as Jira.
- Track and contribute to customer related issues in internal issue tracking system.
- Interface with Quality Assurance team to provide additional test datasets and contribute to internal issue tracking system if needed.
- Help develop and maintain documentation for our software packages and 3D assets.
- Continuously research and stay up to date with industry trends and best practices related to 3D optimization, materials and interoperability of 3D data
